Parc Naturel Régional des Préalpes d'Azur

JDD Consulting has been enagaged to provide an analysis of the economic potential of the future regional park of the Préalpes d'Azur. The Parc Naturel Régional will be situated north of Grasse and Vence in the foothills of the French Alps.

The project is undertaken in partnership with Skema Business School, where David Ward-Perkins, senior partner in JDD Consulting, is also a guest lecturer.

The territory of the park consists of 47 'communes' and measures 990 km2, with a total population of only 35,000. The study considers whether this rural site can generate its own economic dynamic and reduce its dependence on the nearby towns and cities of the French Riviera.

In addition to the economic analysis, JDD Consulting will be providing recommendations for projects to serve as catalysts for activity and growth.
