See other news | ||
May 2010 - JDD-designed information signage has been installed at Teddington Lock on the River Thames. The new sign is the first in a roll-out of informaton panels to be installed at locks and Thames Access points up and down the river. John Sherlock, who co-designed the sign together with JDD associate Richard McGillan, said "These new sign panels are a major step forward for river users. They are rich with information about the locality and the places that can be easily reached along or near the river. They will make a real difference to visitors' enjoyment of the River Thames" Sam Holland, the Environment Agency's Market development Leader for the River Thames, added "We are really pleased with the finished sign - it provides a great template for the rest of the Thames Information Points and Thames Access Points." | |||
